EQUIPMENT CONFIGURATION

The Washtronics M-Series Systems are automated gantry designs which use an infrared guidance system to locate and maintain optimal distances from vehicle surfaces, including front and rear exposures. The system is highly adaptive and can accommodate a variety of applications, and is particularly well suited to commercial wash operations.

COMPONENT DESCRIPTIONS

PreSoak Detergent Application System - Designed for 2-Step application at service water pressure using Washtronics' patented chemical blending module.

High Impact Wash/Rinse; Side Exposures - Side exposures are addressed by a series of rotating spinner heads positioned along each of the vertical towers

High Impact Wash/Rinse; Front and Rear Exposures - High Impact nozzles are mounted on a transverse boom assembly that ascends/descends and oscillates to properly address front, upper and rear exposures.

High Impact Pump - One only high impact pumping station is provided to feed the spinner arrays. So as to minimize consumption, the control system regulates the flow of water, actuating only those clusters presented with a target.

Control System - Control systems are PLC based, expandable and fully automated with integrated self-diagnostics, fail-safe protection and recovery modes.

Minimum 1½ " water supply line.

Drainage -
Minimum 4" sewer line.

 

WARRANTY

All Washtronics systems are covered by a 1-Year, parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties and service contracts are available to customers using Washtronics chemicals and detergents.
